By participating in the Marczell Klein Platinum Partnership, each member acknowledges the following.

This page summarizes the member acknowledgment. The definitive Member Agreement is the separately executed written agreement provided at the time of enrollment, which controls in the event of any conflict.

I understand that the Platinum Partnership does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, securities, or fiduciary advice; does not guarantee results; does not offer securities through this guide or this website; and does not replace independent diligence or professional review. I am responsible for my own decisions and for consulting qualified advisors before acting.

Members Acknowledge That

  • They are responsible for their own decisions and for consulting independent advisors before acting.
  • They may lose money, time, opportunity cost, reputation, relationships, or business value through poor decisions or adverse market conditions.
  • Community discussion may be incomplete, informal, outdated, mistaken, biased, conflicted, speculative, or based on assumptions.
  • Neither Marczell Klein Corp nor Marczell Klein individually guarantees access, approval, allocation, availability, results, income, returns, liquidity, or exits.
  • Past performance, personal success, or prior business outcomes do not predict future results.
  • Private information must be handled confidentially and lawfully.
  • They may not use the community to solicit, pressure, mislead, or unlawfully promote opportunities.

Limitation of Responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Marczell Klein Corp, Marczell Klein individually, affiliates, owners, officers, contractors, representatives, speakers, guests, and community participants are not responsible for any member’s independent business, financial, investment, tax, legal, operational, or personal decisions, or for losses resulting from third-party opportunities or statements.

California S-Corporation Notice

Marczell Klein Corp is referenced as a State of California S-Corporation. This page does not create personal liability for Marczell Klein individually, does not pierce any corporate separation, and does not create obligations beyond those expressly accepted in a signed written agreement by an authorized representative.
